De meeste bloggers van de SnB-Fryslân hebben al over de locale SnB avond geschreven. Ik vond het reuze gezellig. Fijn om iedereen te zien, al heb je op zo'n avond nooit genoeg tijd om iedereen te spreken.We had a local Stitch'n Bitch evening, and a lot of bloggers already wrote about it. I had a blast, eventhough there was not enough time to speak to everyone.
Mijn oma heeft ondertussen mijn sjaal ontvangen voor haar verjaardag en ze was er heel erg gelukkig mee. De kleur was ook goed, al hoewel ik er eerst over twijfelde.
My grandmother recieved my shawl in good order. I thought she wouldn't like the colour, but that was just fine. She was amazed I knitted it myself.
Ondertussen heb ik een nieuwsbrief gekregen van Berocco en zag Celestine. Aangezien er een neefje aan komt (mei is ze uitgerekend) leek me dit een geschikt kadootje. In de vulling stop ik een belletje. Ik ben meteen begonnen.

Inbetween Lace knitting/knitting lace I got a mail from Berocco and saw the Celestine. I just HAVE to knit it! Started as soon as I read and 'got' the pattern.
It'll be for my to be newborn nephew.
By the way, I started on the Clessidra. But they will be small. I took one look on the length of my legs, calves, and decided that it was a bit to much. So shrunk the pattern, and adjusted them to fit Bridget. Nothing will be lost.
